I started to practice National Competition Hand Form and Sword Form 1994. Also Chen Style Hand form, Sword form, and Saber Form. In the same time, I started Yang Family Tai Chi Hand Form, Sword Form, and Saber Form.

2002, I established Yangquan Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Association and served as president.

2005, I was accepted as Grand Master Yang Zhenduo’s disciple. I was selected being vice president of Shanxi Yang Style Tai Chi Association.
