In 1990 I started my Martial Arts training. I have been working as a professional Taijiquan & Qigong Teacher since 1997.
My Taijiquan & Qigong studies for teacher-level began in the Philosophic Seminar of the Sports-University in Cologne (Germany).
In my Martial Arts Experience of Taijiquan I first learned the Yang Style modern simplified Taijiquan-forms (in 24-, 48- and 88 postures). I also learned a traditional old frame (Laojia) Chen Style Taijiquan-form in 35 postures and the Push Hand Form by Master Xin Wen Geng. I also took classes by Master Prof. Zhang Guangde (Beijing University of Physical Education) where I learned the Practice of Dao Yin Qigong and the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In 2003 I started my search to find a further education with a deeper meaning and a higher quality of an inner Chinese Martial Art. So I decided to participate in the International Seminar of Traditional Yang Family Taijiquan in Cologne (Germany). At that time I saw the High Level of Master Yang Jun's Martial Art, his friendly Energy and the High Standard Quality of the Yang Family Taijiquan. After this I continued studying and I have followed many seminars. I joined the ranking system for the 4th level Copper Tiger in Berlin in 2009.
I am happy to be a part of the International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association and I teach and practice Taijiquan daily. It is important to me to share the benefits and beauty of the Yang Family Taijiquan with the people in my area.
